Brad Banville began his insurance career as an Agency Owner in Orangeville, Ontario, in 2003. In 2007, Brad transitioned into a leadership role within the Organization, where he spent nearly 20 years supporting agency growth, development. During this time, he served as an Agency Field Consultant, Agency Field Executive, and Regional Director, working with agency teams across Ontario, New Brunswick and Alberta.
On September 1, 2026, Brad returned to his entrepreneurial roots when he assumed ownership of the agency located at 561 Bryne Drive in Barrie. This milestone represented the realization of a long-term goal: combining his extensive leadership experience with his passion for serving clients directly within the community.
Brad's vision is simple: to redefine the insurance experience by placing trust, education, and customer needs at the center of every interaction. He believes insurance should be about more than policies and premiums. It should empower individuals, families, and business owners to make confident and informed decisions about protecting what matters most. Brad is committed to delivering tailored advice, meaningful solutions, and long-term peace of mind.
Brad and his wife, Julie, reside in Horseshoe Valley and are proud parents of their two children, Caden and Peyton. Completing the family is Murphy, their lovable Great Dane.
